3 Techniques to Becoming an Unstoppable Entrepreneur

Is the negativity of others distracting you from being successful? If so, then you should know that you’re not alone. This is something often experienced by those striving to make something of themselves.

But for us entrepreneurs, dealing with other people can be a little tough. And sometimes those people happen to be the one’s who are closest to us.

I never understood why the people who are supposed to want the best for us, fight against the daily grind of us working towards achieving our goals.

And it doesn’t get any better once that little pessimistic voice inside your head starts fighting with you too. Before you know it, the negativity of the world just overwhelms you and you decide to give up on your dreams.

Sometimes dealing with the negative opinions of others gets so bad – we have to resort to using techniques to overcome this obstacle.

So, to help you become the unstoppable entrepreneur that you were always meant to be, I’m going to share with you some techniques I use to kick down that door of negativity…

1. Surround Yourself with Success

I’m betting that if you have people giving you criticism, they’re not successful in life (and running their own business).  Because if they were they wouldn’t have the time for such nonsense.

If you replace the negative apples in your life with positive ones then you should notice a huge difference in your level of success. Especially if you use the positive ones to hold you accountable for how much work you do.

Back when I was starting out, I analyzed all my relationships and cut out a select group of people right away. I didn’t even have time to provide an explanation.

Primarily because they were too doubtful of my goals which just ended up distracting me all the time.

As soon as I removed them though my productivity skyrocketed and I started to create things that helped to take my business to a higher level.

I don’t regret making that decision at all.

2. Read and Watch Self-Help Material

Self-Help is a form of external motivation that usually gets me in the mood to put in some serious work. I’m sure you’ve seen at least one of those success videos on YouTube by now.

The videos I watch usually consist of a speaker acting like a drill sergeant. I’m pretty sure I’ve watched almost every single one of them by now. I guess you can say I’m a self-help enthusiast…

The one thing I really love about self-help material is that it helps to reprogram your mindset. If you’re watching motivational video after motivational video, eventually some of that material is going to be stored inside your subconscious mind.

I noticed when I started watching videos that focused on the power of believing in myself – that’s what I actually experienced over time. The negative voice inside my head spoke less frequently.

This made room for the unstoppable entrepreneur inside me to come out with full force. So, if you find yourself with some extra time on your hands, make it a habit of consuming a little self-help every once in a while.

Your business will thank you for it.

3. The Feeling of Progress

Making progress in the goals you set, invokes a good feeling of satisfaction for entrepreneurs. So good, that it motivates us to accomplish even more.

I can still remember the excitement I felt after accomplishing each goal I set for myself in my online business.

Sometimes each goal could take weeks or even months for me to finish. But every time I accomplished a large goal, I felt as if I took one huge step towards my dream of success.

When this happens, there’s a weird thing that occurs… you feel like your dream is at the edge of your fingerprints. And it’s so close that you can almost smell it.

I can’t think of anything else that brings out this same feeling.

The next time you’re working on your business, try writing some achievable goals for yourself. It doesn’t matter how small or big they are, just make sure they’re all realistic.

Then start making progress in each one and you’ll see just what I mean…

It’s incredible.

These techniques should help you to start believing in yourself. Since a huge part of success is dependent on your mindset, it’s important for it to be positive.
